An 6yr acreage with the sound of owls at night and privacy in your own space. Beautifully landscaped garden that's attractive all year round. AC in summer with large patio and gazebo. All amenities provided. Carport parking, private entrance, laundry. Cosy fireplace in the winter. Large 1000 sq ft apt. with lots of natural light and quality interior finishing. Large private patio, gazebo and landscaping . Owners on site. Very close to Nanaimo (35 min) and Victoria (50 min).
