"This hotel was fabulous from start to finish, and thanks to Trivago we received an excellent nightly rate for a room with two double beds. There was plenty of parking available, including accessible parking spots, and an automated front entrance as well. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff exceeded our expectations in providing the extra services we requested. The breakfast that was included provided protein in the form of eggs and bacon or sausage. There was a toaster with white and brown bread, lots of butter, jams, and peanut butter. There were 5 types of cereal, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate as well as a variety of juices. For a treat there was also a pancake machine that took only a minute or two to produce 2 pancakes and there was a delicious syrup available. We were offered daily room cleaning and fresh towels. The hotel does have an environmental program and suggests changing sheets and towels every three days, but customers can request fresh towels when needed. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here on future trips to Edmonton."
