"We drove from Nashville Tennessee to Columbus Ohio for a wedding shower for my niece. The check in time was 3pm. We checked in 10 minutes early and we went to our room. The cleaning crew didn't clean the room yet. My daughter and I went downstairs and decide to have a drink while we wait. We waiting another 30 minutes and it still was not done. "I was expecting more to be honest, but the pool area was very nice. Rooms were ok. My ac was leaking so the carpet around it was wet. Chair worn down. We pretty much stayed busy and only in the room to sleep. They did have a decent breakfast. Staff was just ok, whoever checked us in wasn't friendly. "
