"The property was very clean with a unique floor design that made it extra comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and it was pleasantly quiet. Staff was great. Just a few minor things that didn't really impact our stay. 1. Jaccuzzi was not working 2. The shower amenities had fallen off the wall and the body wash was empty. Aside from that, we would definitely stay again."

"Spring Hill suites was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff! We ended up asking for a different room after first arriving because our neighbors were very loud and they changed the room for us with no problem. The room was so spacious! We have a special needs son in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for the chair and also to get him up to walk around. I liked the extra living room area and desk…we spread out all of our sons meds on the desk. The beds were comfy and I liked that they had an extra set of sheets and an extra blanket in the room - that was so convenient for when our son had wet through in the middle of the night! One of the best things was that they had ice cream available for our son’s bed time snack! (He can’t chew so this was huge) We ate our ice cream down in the beautiful bar area and we appreciated this extra convenience, of ice cream, more than I can express! The staff was very friendly and our stay was wonderful! Thank you for providing a beautiful and comfortable stay for us while we were in town to go to COSI. "

"Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet even though located near a major highway, walking distance to multiple restaurants, convenience to everything you would need during a trip, but the best part is the Employees! Very caring, attentive, listening, and Very accommodating!! Ms. Zara was FABulous in scoring me a refund when we both thought it wasn’t possible!! Definitely a place worth staying at!! "

"Thank you for all the beautiful and accommodating staff and patrons making me feel warm and welcome. The staff were really friendly. I appreciate my home away from home for a few days. Corporate Please consider NOT using this establishment as an event station for Private Swinging events. Families have enough to deal with in life and when those sort of events are held there… whether you want to admit it or NOT that type of encouragement sends the wrong messages to families… as even once those events are over and done the spirit of that remains in the home away from home and gives the devil a playground to play on… and as you KNOW that can destroy lives over time and cause a lot of pain. It also forces your staff to be exposed to things they should NOT have to be exposed to. Also, breakfast would be nice for all guests included or at least a reasonable price that families and business people can afford can afford for their stay… while making a profit for the company without gouging your patrons. I’ve seen how much waste has to be thrown out b//c of saferty of not being able to give away… so you might as well make sure people are eating it instead of wasting the extras b/c people don’t want to pay those prices for breakfast… esp. if you say you have breakfast please be transparent if it “available” then please give the details of that so patrons can plan accordingly:) The establishment was kept very clean and the rooms were comfortable and inviting.
