"The property was very clean with a unique floor design that made it extra comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and it was pleasantly quiet. Staff was great. Just a few minor things that didn't really impact our stay. 1. Jaccuzzi was not working 2. The shower amenities had fallen off the wall and the body wash was empty. Aside from that, we would definitely stay again."

"Very clean and great atmosphere. Love the added amenities. Beds are comfortable. Food is fantastic! Pool is warmed and well worth it. Gym is top tier. Employees are great. No complaints. Just be aware there are extra charges for parking and breakfast. Otherwise, highly recommend. "

"This motel was perfect for our extended weekend trip. Reservations were easy and accurate. The room was ready earlier than check in, which was really convenient. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was tasty and added to the great value of the accommodations. "Spring Hill suites was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff! We ended up asking for a different room after first arriving because our neighbors were very loud and they changed the room for us with no problem. The room was so spacious! We have a special needs son in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for the chair and also to get him up to walk around. I liked the extra living room area and desk…we spread out all of our sons meds on the desk. The beds were comfy and I liked that they had an extra set of sheets and an extra blanket in the room - that was so convenient for when our son had wet through in the middle of the night! One of the best things was that they had ice cream available for our son’s bed time snack! (He can’t chew so this was huge) We ate our ice cream down in the beautiful bar area and we appreciated this extra convenience, of ice cream, more than I can express! The staff was very friendly and our stay was wonderful! Thank you for providing a beautiful and comfortable stay for us while we were in town to go to COSI. "

"There are so many great things to say! Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet, 24 hr NICE gym, very stocked and large lobby bar that was open VERY late! I have never have such a large variety of items to choose from at a continental breakfast before. Usually hotel outdoor areas are very small and awkward. Not at Hyatt! Spacious and spread out around a lot of the building, making it comfortable for multiple families at a time. It was also a large parking lot. "

"Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet even though located near a major highway, walking distance to multiple restaurants, convenience to everything you would need during a trip, but the best part is the Employees! Very caring, attentive, listening, and Very accommodating!! Ms. Zara was FABulous in scoring me a refund when we both thought it wasn’t possible!! Definitely a place worth staying at!! "
