"The Polaris is in a very unique location in north Colorado Springs next to the Airforce Academy entrance. The views from the mountainside rooms are amazing. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Service is excellent and staff is friendly and helpful. One of the highlights is the pool with the large patio with a fireplace and multiple games. "

"Bed was not very comfortable and there is no plug in by the coffee pot. Pool was great, exercise room was great and lication was great. There were great restaurants nearby"

"The gym, bar, and common areas were very nice for my friends to come and visit and catch up with. The front desk was very nice, and held a package I had delivered for me. It was close to all that I needed, and not a busy part of town. Very much enjoyed my visit. "

"Management and staff there were great. Made sure me, my daughter and my niece were comfortable and happy with the rooms. The pool was unfortunately closed for i guess maintenance or improvement but we stayed so busy with family while visiting it wasnt a huge deal. "

"Hotel was nicely furnished and staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately our room must’ve been under the stairs (first floor) because we heard a lot of stomping and baggage thumping during our stay. Other than this, we had nice accommodations. The immediate area surrounding the property has a serious homelessness problem, and there were panhandlers constantly moving through the area. "
