"This is, by far, the most pleasant experience that I've had staying in Waltham or surrounding areas. They take precautions to keep you safe during your check-in, such as not saying your room number outloud if there are others in line at check-in, and also giving you two keys , which, as a solo woman traveler, I appreciate because no one knows that you are alone, or which room is yours. The staff are incredible and will make you feel comfortable and welcome. The entire property is spotless, inside and out. Rooms are spacious and super clean. The restaurant has delicious choices, and very friendly staff. The housekeepers are stars. They are the best of the best. I received excellent service from every single person. The price is incredible as well. There is no need to look elsewhere because you will not find a more pleasant, clean hotel in the area."
