Huge back yard that is just perfect for the kids to play in and for the dog to run around in, so bring your lawn games! The back patio you can enjoy after a long day at the beach after you take a nice outdoor shower. Close to town for all of your shopping, dining and entertainment! A/C in each room to cool you down on those hot summer days, and Wi-Fi to keep you connected! A short drive brings you to Pleasant Bay, Oyster Pond Beach or the Nantucket Sound and a short walk to Ryder's Cove Marina. Or grab your bikes and head to the nearest by bike path! very convenient location, clean, with a lot of amenities. the only 2 downsides are that rooms don't have good sound-proof and upstairs can have heat pumps too, instead of window ac.
