"This condo is located just a block or so off the beach in Ocean Beach. The rental is well appointed with just about anything you may need for your beach trip/stay - which we appreciated since we were traveling with our young son from the East Coast. Communication was great with the owner - we did have to reach out to the property manager for the garbage code, he was responsive. Would've given 5 stars overall but the condo rules were a tad overwhelming...additional charges for sand in the shower...

"Great stay, the whole family had a wonderful time! The owner was very communicative and provided great details for check-in, what was expected and check out. Local to everything, we walked to the beach and to restaurants. Took an Uber for everywhere else we went. The locals in the neighborhood were great. Made some friends. "We were allowed a late check in due to travel restrictions. Unit is exactly located as advertised. Everything we planned to do was within 20-30 minutes away. Parking was fine. Beds were firm and in acceptable conditions. Back yard was great, neighbors were mostly quiet. We would stay here again. "

"Safety was a concern for me. The outside gate didn’t lock and it was very loud in the evening. The windows are very thin and on the last night I heard a bottle being smashed on the concrete that woke me out of my sleep. I’m not sure I would stay here again. "

"The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Located at the end of mission beach with two beaches in walking distance. The apartment/garage is filled with everything you need for a weekend stay. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach blanket and umbrella. It was wonderful. The home was extremely clean and was very spacious. Would love to stay here again "

"Loved the proximity to the ocean and could hear the sound through open windows. Kitchen well equipped, bed comfortable and lots of towels. Boogie boards, sand chairs, beach towels provided. Parking was not usable - garbage cans blocking turn in and just too narrow to allow use. Street parking difficult especially on Sunday. "
