"Great property. Great hostess. Our family of 7 fit just fine. Nice views. Nice deck/porch areas. It’s about 10min to the Plaza in Taos and about 20min to Sipapu ski area, so the location was good for us. Winter weather was not a problem for access in our 2WD van (though, it does have snow tires). Kitchen was sufficient for cooking suppers at night. You can hear the rush of the nearby stream. Definitely a property to book again in the future."

"Turkey Lodge is a beautiful home. So peaceful and beautiful, high in the mountains (8,700 feet more or less). Wild life and birds were fun to watch. My husband and I and my daughter's family of four had so much fun. And even though we worried it wouldn't work for the six of us, it was enough space with all the decks and outdoor living areas. Kaycee, the manager, was very responsive."

"The cabin is a treasure- immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pretty plates, the bed in the master had a good mattress and the linens and towels were luxurious. The living room was cozy and the deck was the perfect spot to recharge from a day of hiking and watch the hummingbirds. Initially I was concerned when I read that a 4-wheel drive vehicle was required but we had no problem with our Honda CRV."

"No washing machine or dryer as door to utility was locked. Owner did say the washing machine was broken or he would allow guests to use it. Heat in bedrooms were inconsistent. Mattresses need replacing as they have seen better days. One person said the foot of his bed foot area sloped off so bad he thought he would roll off onto the floor. Not enough electrical plug ins. A strip of plug ins would be nice in each room. Difficult to read numbers on the cooking stove. None of the chairs were...
