"Exceptional experience"

"IT WAS VERY HOT IN MONREOVILLE, PA THE DAYS THAT I STAYED AT THE HOTEL. UNFORTUNATLEY, THE WALL TERMASTATE CONTROLLS THAT ACTUALL CONTROLL THE TEMPERATURE WAS DISABLED / BROKEN. SO THE ONLY WAY TO COOL THE ROOM WAS VIA THE ACTUAL HVAC UNIT. BUT..THERE IS NO TEMPERATURE CONTROLL...SO THE ROOM WOULD GET COLD, WHEN I TURNED THE UNIT DOWN, THE ROOM GOT HOT! IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE..."

"Not sure why it got 8 plus star reviews but this place is noisy, AC doesn’t work and there a big street right out side the room window. Carpet stinks. This is just below 3 star hotel. Satyam Properties who manages this hotel should make some changes to improve the facilities."

"This is my 2nd stay at this Hyatt, the staff and amenities are great. Beautiful outdoor seating, a nice gym and the included breakfast is good, especially if you have kids. The surrounding area is safe with many restaurant options. Public transportation is only a 2 or 3 blocks away. I highly recommend this hotel."
