"Very nice accommodation in a handy location close to Westfield Albany. Was frustrated by no instructions on how to use the washer/dryer and no one at the hotel knew how to use it either. "

"The aircon condesation drips into the bathtub, which pools water. The bathtub does not drain quickly, and was pooling water a couple of inches deep after a 10minute shower. Eventually cleared after an hour. The doors rattle in a light breeze, and there is little sound proofing. Staff are friendly though. "

"I booked here by mistake, intending to book at the Takapuna International Motor Lodge which has a rating over 8. Instead I booked this much lower rated accommodation and, well, you get what you pay for. Staff did their best. Very nice staff. But the accommodation was underwhelming. "

"There was some very late night excessive traffic noise - probably people doing burnouts, which disrupted my sleep. I should have thought to take ear plugs. Apart from that, a great night's stay. "

"Room was lovely and clean, loved the underfloof heating in bathroom and heated towel rail, water pressure welas great too. On arrival the man at the desk seemed to be in a hurry or distracted, just gave us the paper to sign and gave us our room key told us where our room was. Could do with a mirror on the wall underneath tge aircon unit in room 101 and maybe an information folder with hotel info restaurant, gym etc amd things to do in the area. Maybe a small coffee table would be good as there was nowhere to put your drink other than the dining table or desk. Garden area could do with a tidy up, leaves and sizable stones outside the door. "
