"I arrived and the room I booked was not available. I was told some rooms were taken out of service. They immediately apologized and although I didn’t have the room I wanted they did give me a room with an ocean view and balcony as well as comp my first nights stay and offered me breakfast. Throughout the stay all the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. The pool service was great the housekeeping staff was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. "
