"Teniendo convenio y reserva que lo explicaba, la señorita al momento del check in no me visó la llave para el estacionamiento, lo logré al otro día con otra persona, no me hicieron el aseo, explicando que se hace cada dos o tres días, eso es muy extraño para un hotel de su categoría, el resto funcionó muy bien"

"The property is in an excellent location. It was nice to be able to take a walk down by the river both in the evening and in the morning. Many local restaurants in walking distance -we found a great coffee/breakfast shop in the financial district, right around the corner from the hotel. Having access to Whole Foods was another plus!! The staff was helpful and informative!!"
