"The hotel was in the beautiful Waterford District, 5 minutes from the airport. One of the doors was under repair, so we had to enter through another door. Inside was very neat and clean. Lots of lighting with high ceilings and beautiful art decor. Very elegant. The staff was very friendly and greeted us upon entering. They asked if they could store our luggage until check in which wasn't until 2:30 or 3. It was just after noon. I didn't see water near the front which is important to me. They told us there was a restaurant bar on the lower level fish a beautiful staircase. There is also an elevator. We ordered food. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. Outside the stalls were just as elegant as the rest of the hotel but inside the stalls, the toilets need to be upgraded and/or replaced. It could have been cleaned a little better. Food was served rather quickly and the looked plentiful and nicely served. The outside view was eye catching. There was a nice pool also. I was in the 8th floor overlooking all of Miami. The room was nice, clean and welcoming. Here, the bathroom was also clean, but the toilet needed replacing as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay again."

"Great stay at Loews before our cruise. The pool and beach were lovely and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a twin room which was two queen beds and my daughter had one bed while my wife and I the other. Bit tight in the bed for two adults so I think I’d book a different room configuration for three people if I stayed again. The resort fee is probably a usual Miami thing but it was a little unexpected. All in all the costs mounted quickly but I guess that’s what to expect on Miami Beach."

"Amaze and secure hotel. Only concern which really isn’t a complaint is the late cleaning of the rooms, they have up until 6:30 pm I believe is what I was told. I believe because it’s such a large hotel with numerous rooms it’s hard for the staff to clean them all early in they day however, if you simply call the front desk and they have someone come clean it at your request. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING hotel. One of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen."
