"They don't have carts to help bring things in. It takes multiple trips. Roaches in rooms and hall. No parking near a door you can enter in. Bed was uncomfortable - hard. Keys have to be reset before check out because "it is the next day". I was concerned because I had half my luggage still in the room - you know, they don't have carts to bring things in and out They do mop the floors, but they were still wet. They were sticky when they dried because they didn't dilute the cleaner."

"Pool was closed, the ice machine didn’t work, our mini fridge didn’t work and had a tray of water just sitting in it, elevator was like a sauna. There was even a time that I guess it was getting inspected, but nobody put a sign up so I’m standing there with arms full of things waiting on an elevator that’s never coming."
