"The saying, “you get what you pay for” is accurate with our stay. The price was $68 per night. Very fair price but there were things that just wasn’t right. They had no wash clothes! The indoor pool was shut down. The outlet next to the bathroom sink was dead so you had to dry hair outside of the bathroom at the full length mirror and that outlet was so wore out someone had to hold the plug in the outlet. "Lots of history of the university and champions from the history of OU. Property is old and although some of the decor in the rooms are new, the amenities, carpeting, and general condition of the property are poor. I would only recommend this place if you are a teenager and you don’t mind walking on sticky carpet. People there are really nice and generally care about their customers."

"I had a weekend class and this property worked out well. It was convenient to my class, restaurants and shopping. It felt safe, room was updated and very clean. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable and quality. The only downside was the key was tricky and wouldn't work have the time and teens in the hall kept running to other rooms and knocking on friends' doors and being loud to 1am but that was a specific occurrence that I'm sure doesn't always happen."
