"Checked in early which was great after a 10 hour drive. But… was told to use self check in. First time being there had no clue that bracelets were room key. Kiosk provided room number we’re assigned to but had no clue that it was ready. So I ended up having to wait 10 minutes in line anyway. The person helping me wasn’t very knowledgeable. Our family of 6 got the deluxe suite that sleeps 8. You have to pay for the extra people to use the water park which we thought was included. The amenities...

"The room had issues with the ac soo the room was really really hot and had something like a smell that just made you sneeze all over. The bed frame leather was peeling.. bad over all staff tried to help but nothing came out of it"

"Wife and I stayed 1 night. It’s an older hotel but well maintained. Nice firm bed. We laid out at the pool the next morning. Great quiet location. Plenty of free parking is always a plus too."
