"The amazing staff absolutely makes the wiki experience awesome. I wanted to get out of the hustle of Rome and it was a nice little getaway. A few drawbacks. Wifi is spotty and our room had a pretty sticky door with the adjacent bathroom being equally loud so hard to come in and out unnoticed. Another thing for me which is unusual for a hostel is no outside liquor. I wouldn’t choose it again for that reason alone. "We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"Hotel Castel Gandalfo has a beautiful view out over the lake. Daniel and the rest of the staff were very helpful in advance and upon arrival. Just a few minutes walk to the Castel Gandalfo train station and a 30 minute ride into the Rome Termini station where you can take a subway to all landmarks. The hotel provides a delicious breakfast too."
