"The property was a very nice setup with a big backyard to sit and relax after a day of touring. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Short walk to the Tram which will take you downtown. I would recommend this spot. And if we ever travel back to New Orleans, we will stay here again!! Thanks Lance!"

"The area was very sketchy and I agree with another review that there was an old smell that would randomly hit you but the place was clean, no bugs. They did provide towels, shampoo, soap etc. The trees outside could definitley use some cutting back as they hang low. However, it did serve its purpose. We really only slept there so it was exactly what we needed."
