"Overall my stay was good! I did book last minute and the only room available was very small and did not have a standup shower. The bed was confortable though and service was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. "

"3 travel buddies staying 2 nights before flying out of Heathrow. We required 3 beds in one room which the hotel accommodated. It was a bit tight, but we were only there to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and our request for extra towels & a pillow was answered within a reasonable time frame. My only complaint is that the towels are thin and small! No face cloths. I would suggest the hotel invest in large fluffy bath sheets as well as face cloths - that would really put the 'grand' in Park Grand Heathrow! Onsite restaurant had a fabulous breakfast (for a fee) as well as a pretty good menu for supper. Would I choose this hotel again or recommend - I would (I might bring my own towel though) "

"Check in was great. The receptionist was wonderful. Great location for us. The car park was tiny, but we ended up with a local car park which was fine. Good value and a decent breakfast "

Next day breakfast was excellent. Help to store my luggage for the day until the end of conference with smooth and easy check-out."
