"3 travel buddies staying 2 nights before flying out of Heathrow. We required 3 beds in one room which the hotel accommodated. It was a bit tight, but we were only there to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and our request for extra towels & a pillow was answered within a reasonable time frame. My only complaint is that the towels are thin and small! No face cloths. I would suggest the hotel invest in large fluffy bath sheets as well as face cloths - that would really put the 'grand' in Park Grand Heathrow! Onsite restaurant had a fabulous breakfast (for a fee) as well as a pretty good menu for supper. Would I choose this hotel again or recommend - I would (I might bring my own towel though) "

"Checking-in was excellent, helpful and professional (Ashish). Directed me to my room. Conference facility was great, comfortable bed for the night with good room supplies. Next day breakfast was excellent. Help to store my luggage for the day until the end of conference with smooth and easy check-out."

"Despite being in the middle of a renovation the hotel was very clean. Great staff . Generous hospitality tray comfortable bed and a very well equipped bathroom with lovely toiletries. Close to the tube and convenient for central London. "

"Sadly, the parking is expensive. I was given the grace of 15 minutes to unload, I then moved it to free parking at Hounslow West. To the Skylark Hotel where we have stayed before, they look after us as good customers! As with the Hotel Holiday Inn Express, expensive at £160 but convenient for the job in hand. Still, a discount in the parking fee would have notched them up a star! The positive thing, the room was lovely, the shower facilities with the senior hand supports the best I have seen. Handy for the Fish & Chip shop across the road, our favourite. A good chat with Akmed, the owner and his wife, like old friends having a natter on old times. 😃"

"The check procedure was extremely painful and long winded. The receptionist had poor English and was taking forever. At one point, we though we didn't have a booking. It was explained that he was trying to put ourselves and our friends in adjacent rooms - the reality was, we ended up on different floors! By this time, our table booking at nearby restaurant was in danger of being lost, so we just took the rooms allocated. "
