"Great hotel. Did not use dining facilities. Staff really helpful"

"The hotel is safe, clean, and cozy. The rooms are silent and the blackout curtains really do their job. The bed and Lenin’s are super comfortable and the hot water is hot! The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind from the kitchen to the front desk everyone made me feel welcome and went out of their way to anticipate my needs. My only minor suggestion is to please have separate serving utensils for cheese and meats during the evening nibbles. "

"We had a wonderful room overlooking the garden. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and the food in their restaurant Sophia was excellent. The hotel is on a quiet street but close to shopping, palaces, and restaurants. Can’t wait to return! "
