Perfect vacation

Property was incredible as well as jenn our contact.5 minute walk to the restaurants but who needs to leave when you have a pool oasis right in the backyard. 100 % will be returning!!!

Great Vacation Home near Palm Beach

The Perfect vacation spot!

We loved our stay in Aruba!!! We were a group of 8 friends celebrating 50 th birthdays. This house had everything we could imagine. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, an amazing pool area. There was everything needed for going to the beach plenty of beach chairs, floaties, towels, and coolers. This house so close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches!! You will not go wrong renting this place!!!

A nice getaway in a great location

Pictures online are all accurate and the location was better than expected. It is a very short walk (5-7min) to the Palm Beach “downtown” area and the beach. Whether you want to chill in the backyard pool area or walk to the beach, you can have it your way with little effort. You will enjoy a week in Aruba at this property.

This house is outstanding! We had a phenomenal family vacation and the property played a huge role. The house was prettier in person than even the photos and was located in close to the beach. The host was great in their communication and assisted us with any needs, including arranging activities that we were interested in. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfectly located piece of paradise.

We had such a great time enjoying this beautiful villa. It is in a perfect location to enjoy walking to restaurants and shopping near by. The villa is very well stocked with whatever you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. We spend endless hours floating in the huge pool and enjoying the outside areas. The villa is very spacious and had a great layout, allowing for privacy and lots of space. Can't wait for our next Aruba adventure and would love to stay at this villa again. Aruba Oasis

We loved our stay in Aruba! The place is within a 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping, dining and casinos. There was ample supply of pool floats, sand toys, cooler and beach chairs. The pool area is a tropical oasis and very relaxing. Jen is very responsive to communication prior and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends!

Friends Getaway

This property was just perfect and was exactly as described. Our group had (4) couples, the property gave us plenty of room so we all had our own space, but also allowed us to gather for drinks, cards and plenty of laughs. The property is only about 5-7 minute walk from shopping, restaurants, the beach and pretty much anything you would need. The hosts were extremely helpful and super easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property.

Simply Perfect!

We stayed at Palm Beach Paradise Villa January 12-18 2024 for a family vacation with our 3 adult children, all in their 20s. The rental was exactly as advertised--clean, spacious, well-appointed. The pool and outdoor areas were great. And the location was terrific--just a short walk or drive to Palm Beach, and with our rental car we easily trekked around the island. A big thanks to Jen, who contacted us before the trip and offered her recommendations on things to do and places to eat, etc. We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend this rental!

Great house close to beach

The house was great, very clean. 5 min walk to the beach and the pool was great. The owners were diligent and followed up to make sure we did not need anything. Four bedrooms all separate locations in the house for privacy for everyone. There’s a shortcut to cut across and get to the holiday inn beach in 5 mins. We will definitely stay at this house again.

Spring Break Vacation

This house was perfect for our family's spring break. It was exactly as described. The location was awesome for access to palm beach's activities - beaches, outstanding restaurants/bars, shopping, etc. Super clean, awesome pool, comfortable beds, nice kitchen/common areas, great outdoor space. Really liked it. Have already recommended it to friends. Hosts were awesome and very easy to communicate with. Great property!

Best Villa for a family

Great home that has everything you need to be comfortable and have fun. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and amenities. Outstanding concierge helps plan a wonderful vacation. Chef can prepare great gourmet meals. Arrange massages in the shade outdoors. Close to shopping and restaurants. Best paradise vacation. Owner accommodating and very helpful. Great vacation home

Our family of nine ranging in age from 4-67 spent the week after Thanksgiving at this villa. Everything was top notch. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen, clean, plenty of hot water for showers, etc. Our grandkids loved the pool as well as playing bags and Jenga. Jenn was always quick to respond if we had questions. With beach chairs, blankets, cooler, and small kids we found it easier to load everyone in the van and drive to Palm Beach, but the description of it being a 7 minute walk is accurate. We found Eagle Beach to be just as nice and also quieter, and also highly recommend the 40 minute drive to Baby Beach, which was our favorite. The Palm Beach area had an excellent assortment of restaurants and shops. We also had a blast on day trips to ride UTV's and also De Palm island. We can't wait to come back to Aruba and hope to return to Palm Beach 466 some day!

Best spring break!

We traveled with two families with kids ranging from 8 years old to 16 and we had plenty of space for everyone. From initial booking the house were very responsive and helpful. They gave great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. There were plenty of pool floats, beach towels, and sand toys. The two coolers were also great to have for beach days. The walk from the house to our toes in the sand was only five minutes and super easy. We loved having our own place to come back at the end of the night and play cornhole, swim, and play games. We will definitely be staying here again.

We absolutely loved this house!! It was perfect for our family trip to Aruba. We had 4 adults and 3 children and the main house fit us all comfortably. The house was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the outdoor palapa. It was great sitting out there in the evenings after the kids went to bed. The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Tom was very helpful when we needed assistance booking a rental car. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

Great vacation home!

This house allowed 3 couples privacy and great spaces for gathering! There were several spots inside and outside for meals, lounging, playing board games, swimming, and corn hole! The kitchen was equipped more than in any other rental we’ve used! Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants! The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to unpack your clothes. There were some rafts for the pool and beach chairs for all of us to use. There was even some beach toys and scuba masks in the laundry room. Jen responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely rent this home again should our travels bring us back to Aruba!

Beautiful house with all the amenties you need for your Aruba vacation!

Great location within walking distance of the beach, great restaurants and entertainment. This house met all of our needs for our family vacation with 10 people. We had ages 19 - 53 and all of us had the best vacation we can ever remember. The owners were extremely prompt in replying to any questions we had - Jen was nice enough to call me and go into detail giving me great tips for local entertainment, excursions, and beach location. By the way, we love Moombas! We rented umbrellas on the beach by Moombas setting up camp where "our guy" delivered us drinks and lunch on the beach at a very reasonable price. Then we would return in the evenings when they had live music. Our excursions included: ATV tour, Pirate Ship, Lighthouse, Baby Beach (best snorkeling), Aloe Factory, Jet Skiing, and the Donkey Sanctuary. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic House! Great Location!Best Vacation Ever

Paradise Villa is as described in the listing and so much more. Perfect Location safe and quite area, great open layout to the outdoor area; spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, bathrooms are clean & big, kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy a full meal, we loved pool and outdoor area to eat and enjoy the breeze, house is fresh and clean. Aruba is a paradise; we enjoyed downtown area, visited the Lighthouse, Eagle beach and Palm beach, best of all Baby Beach and The Butterfly Farm for our 4 year old daughter. We thank property manager Ms. Yolanda and her family for everything and the owners for letting us enjoy their wonderful vacation home. We definitely recommend this home to our friends, family and to travelers looking for a home away from home This is the one!!. We will return to Aruba and we would love to stay here again. Fantastic house for a family vacation!

The Palm Beach Paradise Villa rental was a fantastic choice for our family. We were there in August 2016 and the house was perfect for 5 adults. The kitchen was well equipped for our nearly 2 week stay. Advice from the owners was essential in stocking the refrigerator and pointing us to some great dining experiences. The pool was great for both morning and evening dips that gave us great family time planning or recovering from our daily adventures. The front yard made for wonderful evening activities. The towels and laundry helped us minimize what we had to bring. The short walk to Palm Beach was perfect, and gated parking for our jeep rental worked very well. The beach chairs and cooler made our time on the beaches most wonderful. The US phone was perfect for occasional family check-ins. All in all, we could not have asked for anything not found in this villa.
