"I gave it 5 star because for the price it exceeded my expectations. I knew coming in it was only serviced once a week. I stayed for 24 days. If I wanted my room serviced more often it was available for a fee. I was using Hua HinArena for daily workouts. Walk out of our parking entrance and right to the left is a small restaurant. I tried all 5 stir fry’s, 5 different curries and everyone was very good! I had to have a big beer to get my bill over 200 Baht"

"It is a budget hotel, not the Ritz. Bearing that in mind, i had a great 4 weeks there. The room was nice, spacious, and serviced daily. Staff were fabulous, and the location, for me, was spot on. I like to walk daily, and shops, restaurants, and evening entertainment were all close to hand. Great beach just 5 minutes walk away, and on baht bus route."

"This property is an oasis in Hua Hin and it is beautiful with very nice staff. The breakfast was nice but a little repetitive. Location on the beach is great with nice views of the bay. When the tide comes in there is no beach but it returns in the evening. Food at the restaurant was good, large portions. No entertainment on site. Pool closed early. We got a bit bored after 3 days. Hua Hin is a bit creepy with old men and young Thai women. The open air market to the left of the clock tower is...

"Overall my stay was good. Friendly staff, older room but nice with a comfortable bed. A few negative things were the two swimming pools were not properly maintained. Big main pool water was green. Smaller second pool was so dirty stuff was floating throughout the pool."

"The property is located on the beachfront and you have options to walk or swim in the ocean or at the pool. The food is really good both breakfast and dinner.. The room is clean and optioned reasonably well. The only issue i have with people walking around with their dogs in prams and dogs barking. "

"Lovely hotel great staff very clean and friendly. Good fresh breakfast. Drinks a little expensive even in Happy Hour. 10 minute walk to nearby restaurants. "

"The staff were wonderful and pleasant The building is dated and could do with modernisation The hotel them is excellent, having been a musician for many years it made me smile. Would have loved to have had a guitar on hand. All in all a good stay 😎"
