"Awesome location, close to great local food and 7-11 if you need something. The pictures are pretty accurate. We had a couple of broken window locks and needed extra pillows and blankets and management wouldn’t give them to us without contacting the condo owner for authorization. We never got them over our 7 day stay. At night the lighted walkway looks great but you can’t walk on it since the lights are so bright that they blind you from seeing steps. Our showers would not maintain temperature....

"Very close to beach but a bit out of town. Need to walk far to get anywhere. Lovely gardens, clean rooms but needs to get an uplift. Several details not working like tv, safe box, sink almost not draining. Hua Hin is not easy to travel coz no taxis. Recommended to stay close to where you wanna be or have your own transport "

"The property is located on the beachfront and you have options to walk or swim in the ocean or at the pool. The food is really good both breakfast and dinner.. The room is clean and optioned reasonably well. The only issue i have with people walking around with their dogs in prams and dogs barking. "

"The staff is excellent. While the resort is not modern, it is functional and ideally located. Dining options are great, and having both the Tamarind Markeks and Cicarda Markets located at the entrance to the Soi is great. Transport into the heart of the city of Hua Hin is close by and regular."

"Small room but open the sliding glass doors to bring the sights and sounds of the gulf of Thailand onto your room. Very comfortable bed. But every morning my aircon stopped working. I think itntripped a circuit breaker but staff was quick to reset it."

"I gave it 5 star because for the price it exceeded my expectations. I knew coming in it was only serviced once a week. I stayed for 24 days. If I wanted my room serviced more often it was available for a fee. I was using Hua HinArena for daily workouts. Walk out of our parking entrance and right to the left is a small restaurant. I tried all 5 stir fry’s, 5 different curries and everyone was very good! I had to have a big beer to get my bill over 200 Baht"
