"Too cold inside the room, and if you want to have free breakfast, you need to go outside cafe and pick one bread and a coffee. One more seriously uncomfortable thing was that you need to set up the time you would check in beforehand, otherwise there's no one at the reception desk which means you have to wait if you come earlier."

"We have stayed here before, near where my son was living while at university in Rome. The air con and the shower were really nice. In covid19 times, was impressed by the attention to detail of hand sanitisers , face masks etc. Service was fabulous, organising taxis - even securing a better price for the use of a Mercedes minivan. I’m sure life is difficult for any business but they were working extremely hard to make it the best experience it could be. "

"The Gerbera Roma B & B was recommended to us by a friend who had stayed there. We stayed there 4 nights (Oct. 1-4/17). The staffer who checked us in, knew minimal English, and glossed over important facility information, and then disappeared. For the rest of our stay, there were no staff present (mornings or evenings) for us to consult. There was also no phone in our room or in the reception area for us to contact Gerbera Roma B & B staff. The room safe was locked and couldn't be...

"The hotel was in a nice quiet neighborhood. I felt safe. Though I would have liked a place that had more restaurants and sites that were close by. It was super easy to get to the metro though. The bathroom and bed was nice. Its a nice place if you don't mind taking the metro to go see the sites and then return to a quiet little place. The restaurant up the street on the corner was delicious though!"
