Thank you to other reviewers, we knew it's actually Hotel Enrica (not Hotel Serendipity) that we look for on maps. Luckily they let us check in same day, and LOVE the early check in. Super convenient when traveling from one city to another and you have bags and are tired. Walls are thin and locals who live in building are quite loud at all hours...
