"Some front desk staff was great, some was clueless--I asked for a masseuse in the area, the clerks stared at each other, giggled, and ignored me. There are at least six different professional masseuses within walking distance, and at least one of them says they give fliers and business cards to the hotel. I'd expect desk staff to have a grip on this and other customer services."

"The only issue I had with this property (or at least my room) was that the light in the bathroom above the sink wasn't very bright. Shaving was almost impossible, and had my wife been with me she would have requested a different room."

"This is a great house. Historical, distinctive, clean, and decorated exquisitely for the holidays, this unique house was suprisingly quiet for being near a street. The bedrooms were large and hang-out areas were all over: multiple sitting rooms, a balcony, and a wrap-around porch. The robes were a nice touch as well. The place is easy to find (you can't miss it) and is convenently located right on a bus line. Thanks for a comfortable, fun stay!"
