"This property is ideal for a family or friends visiting Nashville — especially with a dog. The fenced-in back yard gives pups a great place to get their Zoomies out. And the two car parking garage adds to the overall value of this updated, modern interior, 3-bedroom house. (Parking downtown is expensive.) The location is incredibly close and convenient to Broadway, restaurants, etc. Management is extremely responsive and courteous. My only hesitation in recommending this place so highly is that...

"Everything was perfect, the property is really nice and well kept. The location is great, not too close to be overwhelming but still close enough for walking distance from the best areas in town. Nashville is really amazing!"

"Great place to stay, plenty of space for us all and 3 separate showers / floors. Easy 10-15 minute Uber to broadway. Would definitely stay again and recommend for a comfortable home! There is 2 large stair cases just as a heads up for any older guests!"

"We are 2 ladies in our 50s. We love the Franklin area and wanted to spend a few days here while driving home from florida. This place was absolutely PERFECT. The unit was spotlessly clean and we felt completely safe. We were only minutes from down town, the pucking parlor and the Factory. 100% will stay again. Very nice rental. Easy check in and out. "

"Comfort Inn had nice additional touches - free cold water or tea all hours, free chocolate candy, two very nice massaging chairs, a little market for snacks, etc. Very polite and kind staff. Good location. Nice outdoor pool. Would stay again. "
