"The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!"

The staff was accommodating in changing our room immediately due to the unpleasant odor in our 1st room. The amenities were great with minor flaws to the laundry facility & small gym. Overall a great location & hotel for future repeat stay."

We often had to find our own recommendations for restaurants and even book them because they seem to be either unwilling or unable to meet our needs. At one point, I was waiting for my partner to return from a brief walk outside while we were waiting for a shuttle and I...

"This was the worst hotel out of the four I stayed in during my two week trip to Japan. The room looked really nice and modern at first but then I noticed large hairs in the bathtub. I don't know how the cleaning staff could have missed them. I told the front desk and they offered to switch me rooms, which I took them up on. I got into my next room and it looked clean but the bathroom smelled horrid, like there was something wrong with the pipes. I didn't want to complain and move a second time...
