Lovely stay at Versilia Lido UNA Esperienze for 5 nights! The property is spacious and has a relaxed resort atmosphere. We were kindly upgraded to a large one bedroom apartment with a dining area balcony, which gave us plenty of space and we cooked in the apartment almost 5 nights stayed. One feature we really appreciated was the in room washing machine with a built-in dryer. When you are travelling for a longer period, having laundry facilities inside the apartment is incredibly convenient...

Short walk to walled city, safe neighborhood but most of all fantastic staff. I have never seen a group of people that are so kind, helpful and willing to do anything for their customers. We had an incident that required an ambulance in the very early hours of the morning. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen. The hotel even sent an English speaking employee to the hospital via bike to check on us and...

Room was clean and quiet. Location is directly across from the promenade so it very convenient to the beach and for walking to dinner. Also an excellent place to run. A 10 -15 minute walk from the train station. Trains were an easy connection for Pisa and the Cinque Terra. Short distance from a laundromat and shopping. Breakfast buffet was excellent and they also offered (included, no extra charge) made to order items on a menu. Ate one night in the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

From the moment i walked in to the moment i left, the staff, housekeeping all swcond to none. I will seek out staying there next trip to Pietrasanta it was that nice and affordable.

Breath taking grounds! I would move in there! The hotel: a dream come true! A jewel in Lucca!

The best part of the hotel was the pool and landscape around the hotel. The food at the restaurant was ok. The only downside of our stay was the drunk British man who couldn't find his room and woke us up at 3 am by sticking his head through our bedroom window looking for his girlfriend.

Just had 24 hours to spend in Lucca. It was a great stay, the staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. Franco, who took us to our room doubles as the hotel bartender at night. We enjoyed his company while we had a pre and post dinner aperitif. The hotel was perfectly located, easy access off the A11, shopping starts as you make a right out of the front door. This was a great experience in every aspect , especially the breakfast ! I was abundant Fresh, Diverse ! The pool was 1st class too No negatives only positives I will definitely come back !
