"Property was well maintained for a good price. We enjoyed our stay. Was clean and organised, only issue we had was the mouse droppings in the main room upstairs closet with the spare blanket on. Communication with Karen has been excellent."

"Wonderful property. We stayed with extended family and the house was so suitable for so many people. The kitchen family area was great with little children as was the view to the backyard to watch them. Location was central to our movements on the Island. The house was very clean and well presented. "We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island. The house was clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer. The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind. The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. But easier to prevent the little one falling down them. The view was amazing and we even got to see the whales from upstairs. And having lorikeets visit each morning made for an excited 1 and a half year old. Less then a 10 minute drive to the penguin parade which is a must see."

"Nice location, being close to Ventnor beach which over the long weekend it was quiet to walk along. The pictures online don’t really show an accurate picture of what the house looks like now. Things looked a bit older and the back yard, whilst dog friendly had lots of dead trees, that could have been maintained. Some of the windows where really hard to open or wouldn’t open, which I didn’t want to try too hard incase I broke it, and the fly screens where quite dirty and had lots of holes in them. Annie was really lovely to talk to. I loved that there was no limit on dogs or their sizes, and I was able to arrive and leave at anytime that suited me which I liked. Other places I’ve stayed at have a 2pm check in and need to leave by 10am. The free wifi was a great addition too. Overall a nice stay but if you are looking at the photos, just know that the house looks older."
