Before booking I read several negative reviews. I had a wonderful (4) night stay. Great ocean views, quiet nights, hot shower, convenient scooter parking, adequate breakfast and friendly staff.

La Greta El Nido
The entrance to the property needs improving, there was no toilet paper provided and the air conditioning very noisy but effective. That could benefit from a generator for when the powers out too.
