"I loved this property! A really cool hotel that has a lovely waterpark with a restaurant and bar in. The only thing in the beginning was the amount of people crowding the elevators during check in/out times. It really isn’t so bad outside of those times. Also my room was supposed to have a bath (because we have three kids) but we had a shower. After being in a car for over ten hours I was ready to call the front desk but my 5 year old told me it was okay and he liked to shower too. It really wasn’t bad at all. I give it a five star because it really was memorable. My family and I had the best time despite some minor inconveniences. The breakfast buffet it great. The first day we got downstairs when it was really crowded and one of the employees helped us find somewhere to sit down. Everything was a close walk or drive away. Valet really wasn’t bad. If anyone is nervous about the valet we had a good experience with it. You just send them a message that you want your vehicle through a text link (you get the link after you check in). There is a ton to do in the area. We went to the magic show and the next morning to the Ripley’s aquarium. I can see us coming back in the future. "

"Wonderful resort with easy access to the beach. The room was clean with a great view and staff were friendly. Would be fun for couples and families. It's a little quieter on this end of the beach, which I enjoyed. The food and drinks were a little pricey but everything was excellent!"

"This is a hotel where you get what you pay for! They are going through renovations but the front desk representative was very informative and reassuring about the property. Everything went smooth thanks to her. If you’re looking for a top notch 5 star hotel this is more of doing what you can afford. The pictures that are shown are not the rooms but they are nice and clean. It gives a high class motel 6 . Environment is good. Parking is tight but overall I would give it a 7/10. Would I be back? Yes. Would I bring my family here? Not necessarily. Nothing really kid friendly no pools. But it wasn’t bad. Whatever the reviews are, I didn’t have that experience. "
