Overall was a great place for cheap.. cons.. no elevator and did not see house keeping one time, was there 5 days 4 nights. Had to go to service desk and BEG for enough clean towels.. room was clean upon arrival and the view was AMAZING

No elevator. WiFi didn’t work. Very close walk to beach. Pool was clean and never crowded. Staff is amazing. Rooms are in need of makeover. Some rot on doors and looks like mold.

Staff was rude when asked housekeeping if they were housekeeping she said i dont do stay overs we only do check outs...all i needed was clean towels and toilet paper...then rooms are nothing like pictures...walls and ceiling cracking door was so osse if i pused to hard it would probably gall down...and when some drug users were sitting on stepps smoking crack all that was said is we know they do it all the time. Hotel needs to be torn down...

The stay for the price was ok. Our room definitely needed to be swept as soon as we got in there. The walls looked like they needed to be redone, the whole place needs to be redone if I’m being honest and the layout of the hotel is confusing at first. They don’t tell you on the app or the website that’s it’s 2 buildings not just one. The check in process is at a whole different hotel but they make the check in process easy and smooth.

Beautiful view, great price, Ocean Front and clean rooms. I did ask for towels twice at the front desk and she said they qould bring them to us....never did. 5 days you definitely need a clean towel. Everything else was great.

No wifi. old window ac does not work properly . No reception - they use another nearby hotel reception desk/team, which don't care for this hotels guest. No phone at room to connect reception. They gave wrong mobile when asked give contact . No coffee kettle at room . Water pressure at shower is very Low takes lot time to take bath.

Disappointing. Our room was not in the advertised hotel and online photos are not accurate.The property was dirty with bad words spray painted on walls. The office is the Days Inn next door and no one from beachcomber was even available. We could not find our room because it was not in the advertised building and the receptionist refused to help. The location was good but we left, too dirty and false advertising. Found another place for the same price much nicer a few doors down. Do NOT recommend.
