"Ice machines did not work on.our floor and went to desk to find ice. Told wrong floor. One chair in room. Loud noises"

"This is a very conveniently located hotel adjoined to Albany Medical Center. There is an enclosed walkway from hospital to hotel. The hotel is decorated tastefully. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price ( except for the cranberry juice which was starting to go bad - that tangy taste and tingly on tongue). Pool area definitely needs an upgrade also. Apparently there was a hot tub before. All they did was tile over the space. Every single tile in the pool area is a shad of beige- no plants, very few chairs. Our room was very nice. A secure bar in shower, lots of hot water, very clean, refrigerator, small microwave, and a coffee pod maker."

"It was nice and central. Would stay again. It would help if persons were readily available to assist with luggages at the door, since they're not automated. Big win for me, was the room not having carpets. My biggest gripe, was the layout and functionality of the bathroom, the door was right on the tub and the toilet was very close to the shower. Didn't care for it that much. Seems a little dated as well."

"From the front desk, where the manager was very pleasant and suggested a good parking space where I have difficulties walking. The room was clean, all the basics, everything you would need. Enjoyed a long, hot shower. All the linens I needed as well very clean. Also, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, cozy just right I would go back if I’m ever in this area again. This brand in the future."

"When we first saw the property...it looked abandoned and the road in needs serious attention. It was once a Ramada and is now a property in transition. The front desk was very helpful & friendly. The bed was pillow top & quite comfortable. No hand towels, kleenex or shampoo. Excellent price. It was well worth what we paid. I would stay here again, Lots of parking. Only 5 miles away from Wolf Rd restaurants (Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse etc). No coffee makers in room and have to wait until 7am when breakfast opens."
