"Amazing facilities included free with the stay....spa facilities, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, pitch and putt, tennis, outfdoor pool, and big Traditional grounds toxwalk round. Room was dated and needs a refurb, but was clean and everyhing worked and bed was very comfortable Good selection at breakfast both menu and buffet options! Only a 20 min walk into Lymington, which is amazing! I would definitely stays here again"

"This hotel is 190 years old and quaint. If you like history then you'll love staying here. Great English breakfast. Warning for all you I-phone, I-Pad junkies. They only have Wi Fi in the Lobby NOT in the rooms and no Outside telephones. Welcome to the 19th Century. We loved it. The Staff is fantastic as well."
