"Property is in a good location. Communication with the host was excellent. Property looking a little tired in areas and missing some kitchen essentials. Had some cute welcome gifts. Would consider staying again. "

"Great location. Lovely welcoming gifts. Superb log burner in lounge. Lack of hooks in bathroom and an uncomfortable sofa in lounge are the only minors....but that is me being picky."

"Great place for a short stay, minor niggles with some cutlery not being clean and heating in the top bedroom not turning on, but everything else was fantastic. Great bedding, super comfy, had everything we needed. We had the 12 days of Christmas at the Elderflower which was close enough we did not need coats to get there. Stunning morning watching the sky at sunrise on the balcony too. Would stay again."
