"The staff were most understanding when I decided to cut my trip short and return home. They were also most understanding and accomdating to my request of my room with the view of the River Valley. I enjoyed the revolving restaurant at the top where the scenery was amazing. As for the rooms as well as the hallway, I felt the decor could be a little bright and dated, though the bed was comfortable for me. Wi-Fi was spotty at times, fridge could freeze your drinks and food if left too long in there. I would have like to have a microwave in there. Nevertheless, the room, the view and the staff service were exceptional and I will come here again."

"Jackie at the front desk was extremely friendly when we checked in. I ordered food from the restaurant/bar to bring back to our room. The menu had decent pricing and variety for a hotel. The drinks were excellent and the food was pretty good. The free breakfast was very nice, much better than a lot of other hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was fresh and a great selection to choose from. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Overall great value for an above average hotel. Thank you!!"

"We had a great 3 night stay at the four points, the rooms are spotless and the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is all incredibly friendly. The lobby is cozy and well appointed with a number of comfortable little corners to relax in. We ate breakfast, lunch, and had a larger group for a dinner one of the nights at Ric’s and every time the food was great and the service amazing. Desserts were also delicious. "
