"A little disappointed with our stay, the staff were lovely we went to the lakeside grill after booking a table, for a buffet it was expensive and the food was subpar and not as advertised on the video signs. As the weather wasn’t favourable we decided to leave early and didn’t even stay for breakfast. There is a lot of potential for improvement it needs reinvestment and an update it’s in a wonderful place but needs to match that with amenities."
"The Onsen was peaceful with nice views. The rooms were spacious with nice views. The property is a little dated and we did have a slight issue with a stopped up sink. Hotel assisted quickly. Food was average and they had some issues with my dairy allergy meals"
