"The hotel was not as centrally located as described. It was not close to many shops or restaurants. I was disappointed in it overall."

"very good location and delicious breakfast!"

"The hotel location is great, walkable to the bustling cbd. Staff were cordial. Our room was very small, outdated and in need of an interior upgrade. The onsite restaurant and its cheerful staff at breakfast time the best feature of our stay."

"Great staff very helpful 24/7 service and very clean rooms with no problems/issues"

"all nice"

"Excellent for every thing"

"Very clean rooms, helpful staff and the hotel was in a good location. The large step up into the bathroom was difficult for some senior guests."
