"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"
"It was very clean and they also have a washing machine, and very close to the train station although its location is a bit farther from the city center."

Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International
10/10 Excellent
"This is an excellent location in Asakusa, there is a Uniqlo and restaurants locayed on floors 1-4, and the hotel lobby on floor 5, there is a Donki next door, and and so much other shopping all within a short walk from the hotel, there were street performers on the weekend and the streets were alive with activity, but nothing crazy all very family friendly. Also very close to the subway line, we will stay here again when we come back. I will say the rooms are small, but I understand most hotels are like this, I will say the hotel is clean with a buffet breakfast which includes American and Japanese breakfast staples, buffet is available for a fee, it was good and convenient. "
"Asakusa is an amazing area and this hotel is right in the middle of it all. Walkable to nearby attractions, shopping galore and restaurants. Very luxurious rooms and friendly staff. Highly recommended."
"A fantastic place to stay, close to rail transportation, so many dining options. Warm welcoming staff. Highly recommend. Please note that the rooms are on the smaller size, especially for a family of 4. But we never felt crowded."
"I was attracted to this hotel primarily for its excellent location, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It was easy to navigate around the city, with convenient access to the subways just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning!"
