"I had a nice big room on 4th floor which was quiet and away from the busy roundabout which the hotel overlooks. There was a table and two chairs. The downstairs breakfast room and lounge were not spotless. When the table beside me was being cleaned the crumbs went straight on to the floor instead of being collected. The floor already badly needed to be swept and washed. There was dust on the shelf behind the seats in the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet food was good however the porridge was...

"There were 3 staff members and we had to check in our self….really? Just sitting there. When I go to a hotel and pay over 400 I except staff to sign me in. The hotel room was small and not what I excepted. The downstairs lobby is nice, however very steered to a younger generation. We booked lest minute so only hotel to get by city square. If you’re 20 something great…but get a better hotel if over 50. Will never book again. Ps tell the staff at counter to stop looking at computers and wait on...
