Black mold in the shower. The drawers in the bedroom were broken. A light bulb was missing and another one was burnt out. They left one toilet paper roll for a two week stay. "This is my second time staying here. It is clean, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Most appreciate that it is in the touristy area of Santa Teresa and near LAPA. That is nice too. There's also a great view of the center from most rooms. My only minus, which isn't tied to the place, is that if you're out late, it can be difficult to get an uber up into the steep hills of Santa Teresa. Most taxis will though."

"Eu amei minha estadia, estava tudo mt limpo a comunicação foi exelente, acesso ao Wi-Fi mt bom. Nao tenho nada a reclamar. O Rio Centro fica 15 minutos a pé, passa vam, onibus por 4,30 mais em conta do q o uber. Eu levei de casa as coisas p comer e fiz lá no APo por isso nao gastei mt c alimentação q é carinho. "I cant say enough good things about this place and the customer service that i received. The pictures show exactly how the place look. Its sparkling clean, really comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Now i wont look any further any time i have a trip to Rio. Another plus for this property is the doorman: they are also amazing and really helpful. I never been so happy to stay in a property like i was at this one. For sure i will be booking again."
