The Space:
Wake up to St. Joseph River views in this remodeled industrial-style loft, about 150 yards from Main Street in downtown Niles, Michigan. 2 bedrooms plus an open sleeping loft, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 8.

THE SPACE
Welcome to Rivers Edge Lofts! These upstairs lofts sit by the river in Niles; this listing is for Loft 1 of our 10-loft building, and this unit has a river view. Completely remodeled with all the latest designs and tastefully decorated throughout: exposed steel ceilings, sliding barn doors, Edison pendants, and lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rentals.

• Bedroom 1: Queen four-poster bed, wall-mounted TV, dresser; en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
• Bedroom 2: King canopy bed with windows on two walls; barn door to a full bathroom with walk-in glass shower and double vessel sinks.
• Sleeping loft: Queen mattress and TV, reached by a ladder above the kitchen.
• Living room: leather sofa, two tufted armchairs, TV on an electric-fireplace stand; an air mattress is provided here.
• Kitchen and dining: full-size refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, kettle, and a farmhouse table with bench seating.
• Laundry: stacked washer and dryer in the unit.

Sleeps 8 comfortably: a King bed in one bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, an air mattress in the living room, and a Queen in the loft space.

Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests traveling to visit Michigan or for long-term stays.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire home is for your private use, with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code (keypad lock) that works between your check-in and check-out times. Shared common areas in the building also include washers and dryers, coffee makers, a toaster, and the communal coffee bar. Free parking in the lot to the right or left of the building; please leave the spots in front of the building for the businesses below the lofts.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD & LOCATION
• Downtown Niles / Main Street: about 150 yards (2-minute walk, 1-minute drive) to local restaurants, cafes, and shops.
• Riverfront Park and the St. Joseph riverwalk: steps from the building for a relaxing stroll along the river.
• Pizza Transit (215 E Main St) about 200 yards; Jim's Smokin' Cafe (220 E Main), Downtown Niles Cafe (226 E Main), Niles Brewing Company (206 E Main), 2nd & Main Coffeehouse (127 E Main), Front Street Pizza Pub (510 N Front St).
• Close to US-31 with easy access to major attractions: University of Notre Dame about 12 miles, southwest Michigan beaches (Warren Dunes State Park) about 30 miles, South Bend International Airport about 12 miles for a quick business trip. Centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Distances are approximate.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• This loft is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs.
• The sleeping loft is reached by a steep ladder and its mattress sits on the loft floor, so it is not ideal for young children or guests with limited mobility.
• Businesses operate on the ground floor below the lofts.
• Cameras are monitoring the outside front door and hallways.
• The guest count you provide must be accurate, as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.
• Reminder: if a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.
