"Clean room and friendly staff. Lots of convenient stores and eateries around. Convenient store is attached on the ground floor of the hotel. Easily access to the JR station. There is a department store behind the hotel. Everything is perfect.

"Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, although only regular coffee was available. Room service provided by the attached restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Handicapped access needs work. Steps only available at front entrance, no ramp. Highly recommend."
