"Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 46 Gothic Parade! Clean, comfortable, roomy, beautiful amenities, great back yard, private, and extremely welcoming! The owners have been very thoughtful in the details providing a wonderful selection of books, movies, cosy nooks, and a splendid kitchen/dining facility. We absolutely loved exploring the creativity displayed around the walls, the couch covers, cushions and shelves. Being able to slide open the front wall and enjoy relaxing in the armchairs while being hidden by the front garden was really special. The rain did not dampen our holiday as we strolled down to the beach with our little dog to enjoy the dog friendly areas. We will definitely try to book this home again for our next Sunshine Coast holiday as it is the perfect setting, close to all the amenities we need - sports grounds, beach, basic shopping and dining area etc."

"Great stay could not fault the service. Family of five with three teenagers all had a fabulous stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect very short walk to beaches, parks, bike and walking tracks. Large shopping centre down the road. Perfect stay. Thank you "

"Very difficult review. Stayz search of requiring 2 bath brings this place up as 2 bath (at least at the time I searched). Not true! Very misleading advertising and photos. Only reason I considered this house was because it firstly stated 2 bathrooms. Not the case. Not only that - the only toilet is in the one bathroom - so when travelling with an elderly parent - both parties struggle and miss the comforts of home. Uncomfortable and disappointing with the bathroom situation. Also defiantly needs a non slip shower mat as the floor tiles seem like wall tiles … super slippery! The driveway gate did open 3 times by “itself” on the first day of arrival but not after that. Thankfully my dog was inside and did not escape. On the flip it does have some great points. The location is great! Air con in all rooms is great! Beds we tried were great! Did not use the end bedroom as once we realised the bathroom situation we had to call our friends who were coming for the weekend to say it won’t work! "
