"The hotel is very near a bus line that we could take into the heart of Amsterdam or to the airport which was really convenient. Staff was efficient and reasonably friendly and the room itself was quiet and clean. There’s a great big park and a lake right south of the hotel which would be lovely to spend time in. "

Mentioned this to staff who immediately apologised and upgraded us from a queen deluxe to an executive room along with drinks vouchers. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast bufffet was also very good and the views from floor 17 where a bar is located and breakfast were amazing. Tidy and clean hotel, just a little tired in some areas."
