Convenient place to stay with brilliant staff.
I stayed here because of its proximity to the Stadium. Some of the fabric of the hotel is a little tired. However, I had a first class time. The staff could not have been more helpful, everyone was amazing, pleasant and friendly. The restaurant is good, and the breakfasts excellent and can be taken on the terrace. Bus and tram stops close by, in a pleasant quartier.

Nice hotel for a decent price. The location is in a clean and quiet area with easy access to a train that takes you into Nice; however, it will take you about 20 minutes. The rooms are decent, but they need an update and the washroom smelled of urine. That being said, the breakfast is wonderful and it is an affordable place to stay.

Hotel is located in a quite area. Staff were very friendly. This hotel also offers parking. Stayed here for 1 night. The room was small but clean. The wifi was good in the rooms. Lobby had a blow-dryer you could borrow. The only bad part was there was only 1 plug in the whole room. Overall great for a short stay and can’t beat the prices.

not worth the money spent
not very good overall. The parking outside has very few spots where the picture was showing something much bigger. room and shower were very tiny. Breakfast was really not worth the money and avoid as much as you can.

Kyriad - not bad!
The kyriad hotel is always welcoming with friendly staff. There is ample parking- i park a bus there! Not the hotel's fault but the shops close at 1.00pm on a Sunday - in france in general however, as a part of the (closed) l'eclerc supermarket there is a 'Flunch' which was surprisingly good. Assuming it is not a Sunday when you arrive there is a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a nice terrace out the back which is covered over with real grape vines. Unfortunately they were not ripe at the time of my visit.

The room that we had at the Kyriad in Nice was very small and the breakfast expensive for what was on offer, otherwise the shower room was OK and the maintenance of the fixtures and fittings was OK, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet although there some early morning noise with guests leaving. Also with a construction site next door there was a lot of external noise.

Small room with two single beds squeezed in. No space at all. Couldn't walk around room. Had to crawl over the bed . Smallest shower cubicle ever. No help from counter staff with this. Nice restaurant for evening meal.
