Muy amable y simpático Patrice

El apartamento esta muy bien situado cerca de los supermercados, farmacia, la parada del tranvía aparte el piso esta muy bien cuidado limpio y muy cómodo nos gusto mucho. Lo recomiendo!

Les premier jours un peut brillant surtout au réveil un voisin faisait des travaux

Un voisin faisait des travaux marteau piqueur dès 8h du matin! problème place de parking ( payant ) un grand merci au propriétaire qui m'a remboursé l amande 17€ pour une semaine il m avait dit que je pouvais stationner sans payer car la police ne contrôlait pas les parkings ..une fois stationner prendre le tram ou la marche à pied une demi heure de la plage en marchant normalement ! Petit bémol pas assez de couverts si vous déjeuner le matin faut laver les couverts si vous voulez manger le soir ou le midi ! Pas assez de serviettes. 4 pour 4 personnes quand il y a 3 gonzesse à la maison ça fait trop juste (serviettes plus petites pour les cheveux ?

Très bon accueil et logement très bien

On a eu un très bon accueil de la part de Patrice. Le logement était niquel, propre, bien situé proche de la gare et tram. Tout a été mis à notre disposition. Je le recommande. Nous reviendrons.

Nice apartment in Nice

Hello, Beautiful apartment in center of Nice close to everything. Apartment in contemporary style nice and clean.Has TV and Internet. Parking on the street some parking you need to pay (exact amount of euro let say 1.30 u need to find 1.30). Owner Patrice very friendly and provides good service.I spent one night there with two kids and wife and I believe need to come back for 9 hours tour which one we missed.I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. Thanks Patrice and best regards.
